Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your VShip Document Upload account and the personal information associated with it. To request deletion, you must contact VShip using either of the two methods below. We will verify your identity using information associated with your account before processing your request.

Once your request is verified, we will delete your account and associated personal information, except where we are required or permitted under applicable law to retain certain information (for example, to comply with legal obligations or to establish or defend legal claims). Residual copies may remain in routine encrypted backups for a limited period and are not restored except for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.

You may also request account deletion by emailing VShip directly. Please include your first and last name, the email address associated with your account, your company, and your phone number so we can locate and verify your account.
